The World Bioenergy Association (WBA) is pleased to announce that Enerstena Group has become an official supporter of WBA.

Their achievements are the following: development of own technology, establishment of the centre of science and research and building of the team of the strongest professionals.

It is an honour and privilege to have Enerstena Group collaborate with World Bioenergy Association as the official supporter. After taking over as the President of WBA in June this year, it feels natural that such a famous company from my home country decided to join us. One of my objectives as President is to expand the markets for biomass businesses worldwide. This fits well with the aims of the company. It will also benefit WBA to be connected with such a successful company. I am confident that this will be a mutually beneficial partnership for a long time” says Mr. Remigijus Lapinskas, President, WBA.

In 2015, 9 separate companies were established under the flag of UAB "Enerstenos grupė". The company designs and manufactures biomass boilers, flue gas condensers, furnaces and other technological equipment for biomass boiler plants, as well as gas and liquid fuel burning plants. Currently, it employs more than 340 employees. In its continuously expanding project list are implemented projects in Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Poland, France and Denmark.

Enerstena supports World Bioenergy Association because WBA promotes efficient use of biomass for energy worldwide, fully in line with Enerstena's CHP technology. With the combined production of heat and electricity we can reach almost 100 percent efficiency in the conversion from biomass to energy for the market,” says Virginijus Ramanauskas, CEO, Enerstena Grupe UAB.
