We are happy to announce that one of our members, BioMassters, has been awarded the SET Award 2026 in the category of Quality Energy Access & SDG-7. Announced at the historic Colosseum in Berlin during the 10th anniversary of the SET Tech Festival, this recognition places BioMassters among five global winners selected from over 470 applications across 79 countries.
As part of the final selection process, the CEO, Claudia Muench, presented BioMassters to an international jury composed of energy experts, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders. In her pitch, she emphasized a core principle behind their model: that solving the clean cooking challenge requires pairing proven, high-performance pellet technology with a deeply local integration.
We are excited that pellet cooking was recognised as a winner of this prestigious prize and consider it a milestone that clean cooking, as part of the energy crisis, was given the platform to be raised as an issue.
