The World Bioenergy Association, in collaboration with the German Biogas Association, will soon publish a new biogas factsheet that brings together clear and practical information on the role of biogas in today’s energy system. To mark its release, we will host a webinar to present the key messages from the factsheet and open a broader discussion on how biogas is developing across different national contexts.
The webinar aims to support informed exchange and knowledge sharing among stakeholders working on biogas and bioenergy worldwide. It will highlight the main uses and applications of biogas, policy approaches that have supported its deployment in different countries, and practical experiences from project implementation. Perspectives from India and Brazil will add country-specific insights and help link the general content of the factsheet with real examples from emerging and growing markets.
