The World Bioenergy Association (WBA) is the voice of the international bioenergy community.
Our mission is to promote the sustainable development of bioenergy globally and to support the business environment for bioenergy. We are not for profit member organization with members from more than 50 countries including companies, associations and individuals.

Apply as an Association
National, regional and international associations working in topics related to bioenergy including forestry, agriculture etc. can join as a full member. As a member, associations gain access to information, become a Bioenergy International subscriber, gain new connections, promotion opportunities and be a strong representative of bioenergy development in their region. Under the umbrealla of WBA, the associations get an opportunity to interact regularly with associations from other regions.
Become a Corporate Member
Corporations can join WBA as an associated member. Members include, but not limited to, biofuel producers (e.g., pellets, biogas, liquid biofuels), research institutions, cooperatives (e.g., forest owners, farmers), equipment manufacturers (e.g., boilers, turbines, pellet mills), consultancies etc.
Corporate members are informed about latest bioenergy developments, get access to latest data on policies and markets, become a subscriber to Bioenergy international magazine for free, participate as a speaker in WBA events including webinars, participate in working groups and/or projects, promote own technologies/products/services, be part of study trips and contribute to the promotion of bioenergy around the world.

Individuals who are interested to know more about bioenergy development can also join us. As an individual member, you will receive regular information about WBA publications, events and collaborations.
